On Purchasing a Timeshare
"The accomodation I think members might be interested in is a points-based timeshare in multiple locations (mostly West North America, Hawaii and some South Pacific). Unlike other timeshares, owners receive points each year to use when and where they choose. For instance a 6000 annual point membership means each year you receive 6000 points which is enough to get a week in many resorts. The only additional cost once you buy the membership is a $425 annual maintenance fee and a small amount towards housekeeping (per stay of any length). "We are selling one for $5,500 inclusive of transfer fees, next quarter maintenance fee and escrow fees (we want to use escrow to make both parties comfortable). I'm sure if you are not already familiar with Worldmark some club members will be and will know what a reasonably priced offer this is.
